This is what worked for me, and is in no way, the overall best method to getting Endure.

This achievement requires you along with three others (a total of four people, cannot be done with guests) to survive four sets in firefight (meaning reach the fifth set) on Heroic over Xbox Live.

Map: Lost Platoon
In the beginning, two people should grab the Warthog, one person take the spartan laser, and the fourth person use the sniper rifle.
The sniper can be used from the top floor of the base to take out the more difficult to kill enemies like Brutes and Jackal snipers.
The spartan laser should only be used to take out wraiths, so whomever is carrying out this task may want to use whatever they are comfortable with to fight infantry. The wraiths are only dropped off at two spots, the top of the hill (which has trees around it and some stairs that grunts often use), and the opposite corner of the map.
The players using the warthog will take everything else out. However, the most important part, is that the person using the turret kill the Brutes in the Choppers without destroying the Chopper (Choppers are only dropped at the two corners that the wraiths don't occupy).
If you can mannage to get everyone in a chopper, this achievement becomes really easy (you may want to gather a few extra choppers in a safe place incase one gets destroyed). So whoever is using the Warthog turret may want to grab a plasma pistol since odds are they'll be the last to get a Chopper, or if you don't want to do that, the driver can hold off another wave to make a second Chopper available.
At each and every weapon drop, someone needs to grab a spartan laser. At the beginning, only one Wraith is dropped in, but occasionally near the end, two come at once.
The Black Eye skull ("melee your way to better health") wasn't actually much of a problem. The real challenge was the Tilt Skull, which makes it harder to kill enemies.
There's only grunts in the bonus round, so the best way to deal with them (and add to your number of lives) is to stay far enough away so they don't throw grenades (that small plateau-like thing beside where they drop is a good spot) but close enough so you can get easy multi kills with a magnum. If you want to fire some fuel rod gun rounds into them, by all means, go ahead.
Things to remember:
-Drones may not be much of a threat alone, but in swarms they are a pain, so try taking them out from a distance.
-When Blach Eye is on, it may be a good idea to take out most enemies from a distance.
-Brute Chieftans are easy to kill with the Chopper.
-Fuel Rod Chieftans should be taken out from a distance
-Gravity Hammer Chieftans can easily be spattered with no negative impacts
-Never try to splatter an enemy while they are preparing to throw a spike or plasma grenade (I never had any problems with Fire Bomb grenades).
-Avoid splattering eachother at all costs (at least until you have a few spare Choppers and lives).
-This took me exactly 2 hours to complete, so only attempt it when everyone can stay on for the whole run.
-Have fun, don't get irritated with eachother, and have fun.

*This exact strategy will only help if using Choppers.

PS: If you can't tell, I love Choppers.

Oh, one more thing I forgot to add. Surprisingly, the Magnum works best for the bonus round (even better than the Chopper). If you get close enough to shoot with the chopper then you's just get stuck by 10+ grenades. (I did that once, didn't die, but I went flying...)
